2 Lifetime Plans

Viirless offers Lifetime Plans — a one-time, real-money purchase made directly via Stripe that grants permanent access to a specific plan tier for as long as the Viirless platform operates. Lifetime plans are not token-based; they are purchased with a credit or debit card through Stripe Checkout at a fixed price.

⚠ "Lifetime" means the operational lifetime of the Viirless platform — not your personal lifetime. If Viirless permanently discontinues the Service, see Section 7 for what happens to lifetime plan holders. Purchasing a Lifetime Plan does not guarantee the platform will operate indefinitely.

2.1 No Refunds After Activation

A Lifetime Plan is considered activated the moment your Stripe payment is confirmed and the plan tier is applied to your account. Because the digital service begins immediately upon activation, no refund is available once the plan has been activated, except in the specific circumstances described in this section.

2.2 EU / EEA Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. However, by completing the Lifetime Plan purchase and having the plan immediately applied to your account, you expressly request that performance of the digital service begins immediately and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal under Art. 16(m) of the Directive for the activated portion of the service.

In the unlikely event that a technical fault prevents the plan from being applied to your account after payment, you remain eligible for a full refund. Contact us promptly at support@viirless.net with your Stripe payment reference.

2.3 No Refunds for Policy Violations

If your account is suspended, banned, or permanently terminated for any violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other Viirless policy — including but not limited to zero-tolerance violations such as CSAM, malware distribution, DDoS attacks, container escape attempts, or fraudulent chargebacks — no refund will be issued for your Lifetime Plan purchase under any circumstances, regardless of how recently it was purchased, how long you have held it, or the amount paid. Purchasing a Lifetime Plan confers no immunity from enforcement action.

2.4 Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you were charged twice for the same Lifetime Plan (for example, due to a payment processing error or an accidental double-submission), contact us within 48 hours at support@viirless.net with both Stripe payment confirmations. We will investigate and refund the duplicate charge where it is clearly a payment processing error. Refunds are not guaranteed for intentional second purchases or changes of mind.

2.5 Voluntary Account Deletion

If you choose to voluntarily delete your account, your Lifetime Plan — along with all bots, files, environment variables, and data — is permanently and irrevocably forfeited. No refund is issued. Account deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

3 Purchasable Items & Our No-Refund Policy

Viirless sells four categories of digital items:

Our general policy: no refunds. All purchases — monthly plan payments, token packages, extra bot slots, and Lifetime Plans — are final. We do not offer refunds, partial credits, or exchanges once a purchase is completed. The only situation we will consider a refund is a clearly duplicate or accidental payment (Section 8).

4 EU / EEA Consumer Statutory Rights

We acknowledge that consumers located in the European Union or European Economic Area may have statutory rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national consumer law that cannot be excluded by contract.

By completing any purchase on the Viirless platform, you expressly request that performance of the digital service begins immediately — whether that is the delivery of tokens to your balance, the immediate grant of extra bot slots, or the activation of a Lifetime Plan. Under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, you acknowledge that by requesting immediate performance you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered and performance has begun.

Mandatory rights not excluded: Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under the law of your country of residence. If you believe you have a statutory right to a refund that this policy does not address, contact us at support@viirless.net and we will assess your case in accordance with applicable law.

You may also escalate unresolved disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet).

5 Plan Subscriptions & Cancellation

5.1 Monthly Recurring Plans (Stripe)

Monthly plans are billed directly to your card via Stripe at the start of each billing period. The following rules apply:

Some plans may operate on a token-based billing model using your in-platform token balance. The following rules apply:

We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused subscription time under either billing model, as the service remains fully available until the period ends.

6 Service Discontinuation

Token-based plans: If Viirless permanently shuts down the Service, all users with an active paid token-based plan will receive a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of their subscription, returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Unused, unconsumed tokens will also be refunded in full.
Lifetime Plans: In the event of permanent platform shutdown, Lifetime Plan holders will receive a good-faith pro-rata consideration based on the time elapsed since purchase relative to a reasonable expected service lifetime. The exact amount will be determined at the time of shutdown and communicated with at least 30 days' advance notice. Because "lifetime" is defined as the operational lifetime of the platform, no fixed refund amount can be guaranteed in this scenario.

We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before any permanent shutdown via the dashboard, email, and our Discord server.

7 Account Terminations

If your account is terminated by Viirless due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund will be issued for any of the following — regardless of purchase price, purchase date, or how recently the plan was acquired:

There are no exceptions to this rule for Lifetime Plan holders. The purchase price of a Lifetime Plan does not entitle you to a refund if your account is terminated for policy violations. Enforcement action applies equally to all users regardless of plan type or spend.

8 Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

This section covers both token purchases and Lifetime Plan payments. If you believe you made a duplicate or accidental purchase, contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at support@viirless.net with your Stripe payment confirmation. Please include:

We review these on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are more likely where the duplicate charge is clearly a payment system error (e.g. double charge, network timeout resulting in two payments). We cannot refund purchases made intentionally followed by a change of mind.

9 Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Filing a fraudulent chargeback for services that were delivered is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate permanent account termination — including forfeiture of any Lifetime Plan.

If you have a legitimate billing dispute that we have been unable to resolve, you are entitled to pursue it through your bank, Stripe's dispute process, or the appropriate consumer authority in your country.

10 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under this policy, please contact us through one of the following channels:

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

EU/EEA consumers — if we fail to resolve your refund request to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet).

11 AI Coding Assistant

The AI Coding Assistant is an optional feature that operates entirely on your own Google Gemini API key. Viirless does not charge you for AI usage — there is no Viirless billing, no token consumption, and no subscription associated with using this feature.

12 Unban Review Fee

Viirless offers an optional Unban Review process for banned accounts. Submitting a review requires payment of a non-refundable administrative fee processed via Stripe. This fee compensates the administrative time required to manually investigate your account history and review your case — it is not a payment for a specific outcome.

The unban review fee is non-refundable regardless of outcome. Whether your review is approved (ban lifted) or denied (ban upheld), the fee will not be returned. By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this.

12.1 Why No Refund on Denial

The review fee is an administrative service fee. The service performed — investigating your account, reviewing your message, and rendering an administrative decision — is complete once the decision is issued. The delivery of the review service is not contingent on the outcome being favourable to you.

12.2 Why No Refund on Approval

An approved review results in reinstatement of your account and bots. The service was fully delivered and you received the outcome. No refund is issued.

12.3 Resubmission

If your review is denied, you may submit a new review after reading the administrator's decision. Each new submission requires a fresh payment of the current review fee. Prior payments are not credited toward future submissions.

12.4 Duplicate or Accidental Charge Exception

The sole circumstance in which a review fee may be considered for refund is where you were charged twice for the same review submission due to a payment processing error, and you report the duplicate charge within 48 hours to support@viirless.net with both Stripe payment confirmations. We assess these on a case-by-case basis and cannot guarantee a refund for intentional second submissions or changes of mind.

Chargebacks on review fees are a policy violation. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer after submitting an unban review — regardless of the outcome — constitutes a fraudulent chargeback and will result in permanent termination of any reinstated account with no further right of review. 13 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. For material changes, we will notify active users via the dashboard or our Discord server. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
